    Valuations Property Management Group is a licensed property management company based in Memphis, Tennessee. The property management company is permitted to operate in Tennessee and Mississippi states. We are venturing into the property management business to help property owners find tenants, screen tenants, handle tenant-related complaints, coordinate tenant turnover, lease management, property management, financial management, stay up-to-date, and enforce landlord-tenant laws.

    At Valuations Property Management Group, we will strive to minimize the risk of litigation and damage to rental units. Also, we have perfected strategies to maximize profits by simply slashing vacancy rates and repair and maintenance costs of all properties under our care. Much more than renting our properties out to tenants, we intend to build a loyal customer base, and part of the plans that we have put in place to realize this is to offer incentives to law-abiding tenants under our care. We intend to offer a lower rent for tenants who agree to enter a long–term lease agreement with us. Besides, we will award loyal tenants at the end of every year.
